You are the human face of ESTIA — making sure each community runs smoothly and every resident feels at home.

What you’ll do

  • Welcoming and onboarding new residents.
  • Day-to-day operations and coordinating services (cleaning, doctor, maintenance).
  • Supporting housemate matching and the life of the community.
  • Resolving issues, mediating, and organising activities.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in community management, hospitality, care or operations.
  • Excellent communication, empathy and organisation.
  • Comfort and respect in working with people aged 60+.
  • Fluent Greek and good English.

Partnerships & Growth Lead

You open doors — finding properties, building relationships with municipalities and investors, and bringing in the first residents.

What you’ll do

  • Identifying and evaluating suitable properties.
  • Partnerships with municipalities, public bodies and investors.
  • Lead generation, marketing and building the resident pipeline (including foreign retirees).
  • Negotiation and relationship management.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in business development, sales, partnerships or real estate.
  • A network of contacts and comfort with negotiation.
  • Results-driven and self-directed.
  • Fluent Greek and English.

Full-Stack Software Engineer — Platform & Matching

You build the technological heart of ESTIA: the matching software, the information & reporting platform, and the location-selection algorithm.

What you’ll do

  • Designing and building the people-matching software.
  • A central information and complaint-reporting platform.
  • A location-selection algorithm based on the needs of interested people.
  • End-to-end development (frontend + backend), with respect for data and privacy.

What we’re looking for

  • Solid full-stack experience (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, SQL).
  • Clean code and product thinking.
  • Appetite for 0→1 building in a startup environment.
  • Greek and/or English.
